Thank you for your interest in the Cornerstone Cross-Training Wellness Program. We believe this is the best quality wellness program that we could produce using the most current information. We are honored that you would consider us to help you move towards a healthier lifestyle.

In order to ensure an exceptional service and deliver results, we believe that there must be a cooperation between you and Cornerstone Cross-Training (CCT).

Our passion is to help anyone who is willing to help themselves. Many people claim they want help, but are unwilling to make the necessary changes.

Since all who are participate in this program will be ambassadors of this program, we want to make sure you represent this program with honor and shared values.

It is against CCT’s values to be in a cooperation with someone who is not willing to change harmful habits (codependency), or who has different set of values (i.e., fast, cheap, easy, vanity, control or guilt).

Let’s be honest, this program is not for everyone. However if you are willing to invest in their long term health, make the appropriate changes and persevere daily toward a healthier lifestyle this is a program for you. Here are the 3 basic steps to our plan.

If you share core values such as:
• INTENTIONALITY: the pursuit of wellness is focused on stewardship of health, wealth, time and environment. Attaching wellness to something bigger than yourself, and having your values to drive your choices. For example, newly acquired health can be used to help others spiritually, physically and emotionally.
• QUALTY: anything of high quality takes time and is not fast, cheap or easy. Quantity, instant gratification and short cuts do not trump good quality!
• GROWTH: willing to do whatever it takes, and get outside of comfort zone. Make the necessary changes and sacrifices to achieve your health goals.
• PATINENCE & PERSEVERENCE: understand that a lifestyle change or major reformation of the self takes time. Allow yourself to be human, make mistakes, be in process, and be imperfect. Never give up, and know that it is just as virtuous and noble to keep pursuing wellness after you have failed, to have never failed at all.
• PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: make a commitment to yourself and follow through. Deliver the same standards to yourself as you do to others.

We want this program to develop you as a Leader in health and wellness, and to use your wellness to change YOUR environment for good. Since CCT believes in this value, we are donating 50% of the proceeds from this “E-Book” to Estado 29 Orphanage in Ensenada, Mexico.
